All EcoCampus participants will have access to the web based Carbon Manager; a software tool designed to help you to measure, monitor, report and manage your organisation's carbon footprint quickly and efficiently in line with the CRC Energy Efficiency Scheme, the GHG Protocol (Scopes 1, 2 & 3), the international standard ISO14064 and your own or sector specific reporting requirments.
Simple and Flexible
Carbon Manager can save you time and money by simplifying the process of measuring, monitoring and reporting your organisation's carbon footprint. The web based platform means it is simple for you and your staff to enter data from multimple sites.
Up to Date
Carbon manager is kept up to date using the latest carbon conversion factors supplied by DEFRA when calculating your organisation's carbon footprint, which means one less job for you.
Customised Reporting
Carbon manager allows you to report on multiple emission sources. This includes your supply chain so you know exactly what impact your interaction with other businesses will have on your carbon footprint. Furthermore, flexible reporting allows you to track performance over different time periods (for example over the financial year, academic year or calendar year) and key performance indicators can also be entered into the system. Carbon ratios for your organisation, for example CO2 per employee or CO2 related to a growth metric such as floor area or annual turnover can be assessed.
